Not just 5 reasons why Kaipullai dont want Kudankulam Nuclear plant.

Don't worry I am not going to write a big story. It just as simple as one would feel and believe, without any witnesses or proofs. Below is the jist of the points brought out in the above mentioned post,

1. Kudankulam Plant construction started before 20+ years and why suddenly there are protests with 20,000 people now? and why not earlier, when they started it?
2. Worldwide nuclear disaster deaths are only 47 and the majority is from Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear disaster. Since the death count is very less even worldwide, why are we worried about Kudankulam plant?
3. Udhaykumar hasn't studied Advanced Nuclear Physics or neither any Ph.d in it, so on what ground he is protesting?
4. Udhaykumar has cited the population as wrong. Sometimes 1 million and sometimes 1.5 million people, when actual is only around 0.5 million people. Why is he doing this?

Okay before we start answering the questions here is a simple twist. Lets assume Kaipullai lives 10km away from Kudankulam plant and also assume that Media persons asking the above mentioned questions to Kaipullai. Guys beware that our Kaipullai is smart enough, and below will be the anwsers from Kaipullai,

Media: Kudankulam Plant construction started before 20+ years and why suddenly there are protests with 20,000 people now? and why not earlier, when they started it?
Kaipullai: Sir, I know you media people has interviewed lot of politicians and you also learned to ask this kind of arm twisting question. I am not sure why there were not 20,000 people protest at 1988, when Kundankulam plant construction was started. Neither I can't do anything for that now. But this doesn't mean that we can't protest now for safety of people living around here.

Media: Worldwide nuclear disaster deaths are only 47 and the majority is from Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear disaster. Since the death count is very less even worldwide, why are we worried about Kudankulam plant.
Kaipullai(answers with laugh): Sir, even if it is 1 person going to die because of Kudankulam nuclear disaster, we can't accept. Nothing can be equated or compromised in front of a human life.

Media: Udhaykumar hasn't studied Advanced Nuclear Physics or neither any Ph.d in it, so on what ground he is protesting?
Kaipullai: Sir, there is no rule that a guy before protesting has to have completed Ph.d in that area. If you take a look at tamil nadu's history, there are lot of great leaders who have protested and won without any Ph.d. Udhaykumar has common sense and Nuclear science Ph.d is not required to protest.

Kaipullai: Sir, please don't try deviate the issue by asking such rubbish questions. May be I will ask Udhaykumar to mention correct population every day morning at 9, like 490786, 490787, 490788 etc. Will that be fine then. (Now Media person laughs)

Media: Kaipullai, do you have any questions that you want to ask or share?
Kaipullai: Yes my pleasure! Here are they,
1. Has Govt ever shared the reports to public or media on kilograms of nuclear radioactive wastage that Kudankulam Nuclear plant emits?
2. Can Govt promise that even after 50 years down the line the sea living creatures(fishes etc) wouldn't be affected because of this Nuclear plant? Because people living here, the main occupation is fishing and we can't give it up.
3. Many people talk that we are blocking a project of 13,000 Crore rupees. CAG scam - 10 lakh crores, 2G scam - 1 lakh crores, Adarsh scam, Land scam etc. Recover money from atleast one scam and you will have the money equal to 10 times the money of Kudankulam plant value. We are blocking it only for our people's safety and civilization here.

On the whole I am saying that Govt should be transparent in revealing the details on the safety measures and nuclear disaster recovery plans. Atleast they should share this with media, so that people get convinced. As you know India wasn't able to react quickly for natural disasters like Tsunami and still there are families suffering the physical and financial losses. Unlike India, Japan is recovering very fast from the fukushima nuclear disaster. There can be many reasons and debates here. But the point is very simple, 'Respect human life(even if they are living far away from you) and the Central Govt should be transparent'.
